Founded in 1985 to provide professional services in the state of Maine, QA 13 Architects is now located in Kent County near the town of Chestertown on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

The firm has extensive experience in the design and construction of a wide range of projects from residences to museums. We offer a full range of services for institutional, commercial, and residential design as well as historic preservation. These services include program development, design, construction documentation, bidding and construction administration and oversight.

We have personally restored a number of buildings in the past 30 years resulting in an extensive working knowledge of the various construction crafts and trades. We work closely with our clients and their contractors during all phases of the design and construction process.
